When the elevator reaches the floor, it opens the doors and waits for passengers to enter. When there is no next command, the elevator closes automatically; If the elevator receives multiple instructions, it will automatically process according to the height of the floor and respond to the elevator immediately to ensure the effectiveness of the entire operation process. Start operation, call ladder number, select car operation. After reaching the selected level, adjust the trolley, change the speed level, eliminate the floor selection signal, and complete the open and close operation. PLC program USES modular design, to achieve the internal and external instructions of the cancellation, automatic positioning, hierarchical selection, speed change, straight shear ladder, floor number display and other functions.6.1 Implementation of external reservation and cancellation functionsNot belonging to the same floor, we can make a reservation outside the elevator. When the elevator runs in the same direction as the reservation, we can also cancel the reservation outside the elevator, which will help to achieve the cancellation of the reservation inside and outside the elevator.Elevator doors can be manually or automatically controlled. However, in either case, the doors must stop at a certain height before they can be opened. The doors must not be opened or closed while the elevator is in motion. The callsign will reset automatically when the elevator opens. When the elevator stops and closes automatically, the elevator door should be closed automatically after the delay of the stopping time. When the stop time is not reached, the close button can be used to close the door in advance.6.2 Elevator floor direction selection is realizedFirstly, analyze and judge the status of the elevator, the running direction of the elevator, the internal and external operation of the elevator, and the status of the elevator. In the safe and stable operation of the elevator, we can analyze and determine our operation mode through the elevator interior and elevator location. When the elevator is unmanned, we analyze and judge the basic external conditions of the elevator and choose the direction of the elevator.The elevator is not accurate. In order to avoid the accuracy of such errors, it is ensured that the height change of the elevator is divided into several equal parts during the system software design, system software simulation and debugging, and the floor height of the elevator is obtained and accurately controlled by comparing the commands.
